Airtel — mnp issue to airtel | |||
Hi airtel team, I submitted a mnp request for my mobile no. [protected] from dolphin (Mtnl) to airtel on 14 august 2017 at your airtel retail store (Sector-25 market, noida) I received a message from airtel that my no will be ported to airtel by 19 august 2017 @ 11:00pm. Due to this my sim card from old operator (Dolphin mtnl) stopped working but the new sim card that i received for airtel didn't work. Inspite of visiting your airtel store (Sector-25 market, noida) on sunday, monday and tuesday consequetively leaving aside innumerable phone calls my airtel sim is still not working. This is very bad service on part of airtel. I am without a working phone for 3 days now with no speedy resolution of problem. Kindly look into this issue asap and get my sim started.
