[Resolved] Airtel — MNP no incoming after porting

I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this.

my mobile number [protected] ported from reliance to airtel. I am not able to receive incoming calls and SMS. my customer care complaint number is 18004846.I am an advocate and my clients are not able to access me as they recieve message that my number does not exist. my net banking also affected.
