[Resolved] Airtel — MNP not being done | |||||
I use postpaid airtel number [protected].I opted for port out on 20/10/2016 and was told that porting will be done in 7 days.I tried contacting airtel after 7 days but no body cared.Your telephone numbers of Nodal officer HP, IS NON EXISTENT AS told on calling and that of Appelate officer in switched off all the times .After 14 days ythey now say that porting code is mismatched.It sounds funny to me.New operator says they will activate my number when airtel stops it.Is it a fight between 2 operators where consumers are being harrassed. My patience is now gone and I have stopped using this number from 20/10/2016, the day of porting.I am a specialist doctor hav ing my hospital, and am suffering for no fault of mine but stubbornness of airtel.
