[Resolved] Airtel — MNP outstanding charges charges twice without providing details | |||||
Airtel Bill was generated for 886 in January. I complained for extra charges and company reduced the amount to 771 In this bill they had MNP outstanding charges of 553 dated 26th January (my phone number got ported from Gurgaon to Bangalore). In the month of February This 'MNP outstanding charges of 1441 are again appearing dated 27th january. My number got ported in 14th January and I already paid all MNP charges but have been following up with Company for Airtel bill for Feb they are asking me to pay without providing usage or break up details.
