[Resolved] Airtel — MNP request (Porting ID AM437996) | |
Hi Team, I raised a request for MNP from Airtel Mumbai to Airtel Maharashtra circle on 11th Feb, 2016. I was told it would take 7 days, but nothing as been done as of now. On top of it without giving me any prior information, incoming of my number has been cut since 18th Feb, 2016. I had a family emergency yesterday but because of this problem, no one could connect to me. What is more ridiculous is the fact that outgoing is still active and on raising this issue to customer care multiple times since last 1 week, I have been told that it will take another 24 hours (Complaint number:[protected] . What kind of business Airtel is running, I just fail to understand. You can easily check that I have been an Airtel customer for 8 years and have been paying my bills well before time religiously.
