i think you as well as your entire Nodal team has lost your mind and seems you are not taking any appropriate actions.
You just called me to find out what has happened and after month you are saying its been solved.
Can you elaborately explain the problem and what fantasy or illusion resolution you have given.
Seems you like to take customers on ride by not accepting your fault.
With this message you are clearly highlighting how wrongful activities are taking place. Everyday i get a call from Airtel asking that unfortunately because Airtel lost document hence the connection was not activated and if i tell them to mail there is no response. You later do not accept your mistake, simple because you are not calling from Airtel but you have created DSA and they represent but if we have any compliants you just raise your hands and ask us to get in touch and follow up...Just repenting to choose your services...
PROVIDE PROPER EXPLANATIONS FOR YOUR RESOLUTION.
If i dont hear back, i am going to upload entire conversation (mail + voice) to show how carelessly you take us for granted and how one of your Nodal officer who called up does not know anything about process and was blaming TRAI for no reasons...

Nothing has been done, we also went to airtel store and surprise they told to call 121 and absolutely regret to say that they do not know any process.
Anyways there are 4 numbers for which i had done MNP and do not want to convert any.
Do you have any concrete answer for this.
