Airtel Mobile — 4G at the cost of 5G.

When the signal type is selected 5G only, there is no service. Search shows Airtel. But when selected connection error. There is 5G recharge. So now I am getting 4G at the cost of 5G. 5G label is there at the top right corner. But it is not connecting.
