[Resolved] Airtel Mobile — "[protected]" Service barred, even no deviation in bill. | |||
Dear Sir, My mobile service has been barred from 9th May -17. Which is I am holding the corporate Number ([protected]). I am an old customer with Airtel since 2015 and no deviation in bill payment; in spite of this they stooped my service. Many times I called to customer care but they are deny activate further and saying that an old bill amount is due on another Number of Rs.299/ Plan which I had used till Jun-2016, the dispute was started on my old number due use of data inconsistency and that was only Rs.500/ at that time. Though my service was stopped from July-16 of my old number and I paid last bill of RS.365/ in Aug-16, now they have increase to R.1273/ Request you, kindly provide help to resolve the issue.
