[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile bill - unused charges after the connection is closed | |||||
I have been using the airtel connection in bangalore and i have relocated now from bangalore and not living there. while moving out, i paid the excess amount and closed the connection and the airtel executive has confirmed it with a reference number - sr[protected]closed by 9:30 am on 28/04/2016). Now the people from customer are trying to contact and giving unwanted troubles to pay the money till date, even after forwarding the correspondences regarding the cancellation. I have not recieved any communication and also I don't need.
It's your side action to check the records and close it fully, as I paid the amount in excess to close it before relocating from Bangalore. Also gave the reference number of that.
