Airtel — Mobile internet service

Today i have receive sms on 9:02 am that I have consumed 100 percent daily data limit 1.5 GB . While I have not consumed
That data . As per my phone data setting only 400 MB data consumed . Company customer care not support me in this matter. My some important work has been obstructed due to this.
I want refund of my balance data of daily limit

Again company has lost my daily data limit. While I have not used it. Issue still not resolved.
