Airtel — mobile network & broadband connection | |||
We are getting sick of airtel issues, and its a kind of mental harassment struggling with your customer care & ppl who visit at home for rectification. If the company do not have trained persons then how can you send ppl at home to create a chaos? Its really unprofessional behaviour of airtel & unacceptable at all. Past few months every now & then we are facing challenges with airtel either in mobile network/broadband connection/speed or in the bill. If you want to discontinue services please say it with a clarity, we are not here for mental stress, my senior citizen parents are very annoyed.
