[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile network - zero coverage at home location | |||||
Name of the city/district: ashok vihar, delhi Nature of complaint: service disruption Docket number:[protected]th july 2016),[protected]th july, 2016) I'm getting no coverage since 27th july at my home address. your open network claims voice quality as "excellent" and data quality as "good" but the fact remains that i'm getting no coverage. earlier i was getting network but not sure what happened since 27th july it says no signal on all the mobile phones. I have faced huge losses because of this issue on personal and professional front. i tried contacting on customer care and as per them they cannot do anything and the issue will take 3-6 months to get resolved.in this era, if any one says to bear with network problem for 3-6 months without network and keep paying the bills then i'm sure it is a fraud company with no professionalism and looting customers on the name of service when there is none. also the claims made on social media about open network are totally false as i have proof for the same. I contacted via social media and till date no one has cared to contact me to let me know about the updates. I contacted nodal office on 2nd aug-2016 and the response was same i. e. to wait for 3-6 months. i'm not sure you have any capable staff to handle customers or who has common sense before saying such things. Also i fail to understand that why suddenly network went to nil without any changes or who made the changes to this particular network area. I demand immediate action on this issue as a customer who is paying his bills and feeding incapable staff for having fun on my money. airtel cannot deny service to customer as a legal right unless it is a government directive or withdrawal of services. If network is not restored on my home address then i will move to consumer court as i have enough proof of your false claims and false commitments. As a formal process this is my communication and hence i have full rights to move to consumer court if services are not restored to my satisfaction as soon as possible. Mails sent to appellate.
