Charge of rs. 150 being charged for 500 mb for 7 months. When i raised a complaint with sasikumar 2 weeks before i was promised a callback within 72 hours for calculating the amount of waiver. No call was received and when i called today and explained the details again, prem, so called floor manager said he can arrange for 3 month waiver only (Rs. 500). How can you take my money and say that only 500 can be reversed. I am not begging you, i am asking you to return my money. Prem easily agreed when i said i will switch over the relationship. I have a vintage of 12 years with a credit limit of rs. 14000 and this is how your team reacts.
