This is my personal number and airtel have suspended my services due to somebody had made a complaint of marketing call from my number which was not done. I have written email to airtel attaching my postpaid bill where it clearly shows that the complaint date and time of call made was wrong.
This means anybody can raise a complaint and block any number without taking proper justification from the caller. What about the other customer who will loose their business or the loved ones tries to contact you on your suspended number is case of emergencies and without taking proper justification they just block the number.
This is not fare at all.
