Airtel — Mobile Number Deactivated | |||
I have an Airtel sim mobile no. [protected]. From last 1 month it has been deactivated.When I called customer care, they asked to submit the proof again. When I completed the procedure, even then the number was not activated. Again I called up the costumer care and from last 3 days they are saying that number will be activated within 4 hrs., I have talked to various costumer representatives Mr. Bhagwan, Mr. Vinod etc. From August 19 I have been calling the costumer care day & night. Now the position is that incoming calls are activated but still OUTGOING of my number is not activated. Very disappointed with AIRTEL... Was this information helpful? | |||
