Airtel — mobile number linking with aadhar from airtel service centre at malda,beside nh 34

When tomorrow I visited our local Airtel Service centre beside NH 34, Malda, opposite of Meghdut Lodge for linking [protected] with aadhar, they asked money for serving me. This is an offence according to Central govt. and Supreme Court. Aadhar linking should be free of cost. But they compelled the customers to pay them for various free services.
