Airtel — mobile number portability request rejected

I have requested for moblile number porting due to poor signal strength in my area. I have completed more than 90 days on the aietel network.
And my mobile no activeted with airtel on 27-dec 2017.
Airtel rejected my mnp request by saying not completed 90 days on their network. So please help us to resolve this
The other deatils like customer care response mail and sms received by them are attached.
