[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile number porting asked for unnecessary charges | |||
Last saturday 25th March 2017, i went to airtel store for changing the circle from karnataka to kerala, they told i will have to raise request for porting. I raised and they gave a new sim, they asked for 100 Rs/- but airtel gives advertisement that 4g sim is free, when i asked they told i will get the talk time and i also had balance of nearly 150+ in my old sim, i asked about that balance they told number is same so i will get it. Today 31st March 2017, my old sim is deactivated and new sim is active now when i checked balance is only 5 rs/- when i called customer care they told they dont know and i will have to check with the store i bought. services are really poor and they cheat customers like this. I bought the sim from Airtel Store, Civil Lane Road, Padivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala. I need my money back, if you cant do it please dont give fake advertisement and cheat customers.
