Airtel — Mobile number recharge

My name is Mr Satyendra Tiwari. My mobile number is ([protected]). I recharged my mobile number on 11/02/2022, and it's showing that no recharge has been done on the same number. My outgoing and incoming services are discontinued by the Airtel company. I wanted to contact on the costumer care number of Airtel company but I didn't not received any kind of help from them. So I request you to please take this matter on priority basis and help me on this matter. It's really a torture to a costumer.

I have raised the complainant against the Airtel company but it's showing complaint is resolved but I didn't get any response from the Airtel company.
