Airtel — mobile postpaid outgoing calls & internet service blocked/not available

My mobile no is [protected].

Since last 5 days outgoing calls & internet service stopped abruptly. Visited your kothrud service center twice (Opp yatri hotel, kothrud) i was asked to change the simcard, which did not work. Despite my spending on hour in said service centre, problem persisted.

Very casual approach of the employees, unsatisfactory service.
If not solved the problem in 24 hours i will be constrained to shift to other mobile service provider.
