I have recharged my 3G data plan from airtel official website by Rs 995 for 5GB on 25th of dec 2013..I have also received massage regarding the recharge, transaction id for recharge was [protected]. But to my utter surprise it was never recharged, I came to know this when my balance became zero for using net as the charges were being deducted from my main balance. I complained about it on customer care twice . every time they gave me a complaint number but never resolved the issue saying that there was a communication failure with me and there is no such kind of plan but it was on their official website although in past i had recharged the same plan on my mobile.
the complain no is CONRC[protected] ON 6TH JAN 2014.
Sir please take proper action in this regard
