I have recharged mobile [protected] on 17th July 2022 with INR 2999 plan. Since then I was not able to download the soft copy from thaksapp, but was able to download other payments.
so far I have raised 4 requests and 2 were closed with no resolution and 2 in progress.
So far I have made 10+ calls to support team, each time I get different email ID to mail or will be given 48 hours of resolution time but nothing worked.
I have filed online complaint in Consumers Complaints and received 2 calls, representative does not know English and cannot even read the email.
Giving a bill is mandatory for any purchase on which Airtel is failing for 40+ days. Too much of time waste and effort on both side. Hopefully this gets resolved now.
