Airtel — Money deducted via netbanking, but recharge not done

Hi Team,

I have made a recharge for the airtel number [protected] on 30.08.2021 and 06.09.2021, both for 251 (50GB data). Both via HDFC netbanking. And both got failed. But money got deducted and still I have not got the refund. Please help. Thank you.
