Airtel — money deducted without prior information and my consent | |||
Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything and it was not in my knowledge. Moreover, the only message i received was to deactivate it and as soon as i deactivated it then i came to know that the money was already deducted and its a monthly pack so i dont even know from how many months this kind of cheating is going on. It is not only unfair but also a kind of looting which airtel is doing to their customer. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated.
