Airtel — money deduction not refund

I am loading money to airtel payment bank rs 399 at 11/11/2017. From mobile no [protected] money deduct from my bank account and load money successful to airtel app but sill money not showing this aap and i can't recharge or use this money, they are bolck the money. I am complain many time customer care and via mail but problem still not solve. The are avoid this problem. I want to back my money.
