Airtel — money load wallet | |||
Myself venugopal, i loaded an amount of rs.1625 on[protected] but it is not added to the airtel wallet, but the bank (Sbi) assured that the amount been debited successfully to wallet. This occured when i was trying to pay my electricity bill, due to shortage of money in wallet it asked me to load some from the card, it crashed during payment and said it failed to transfer but the bank appears to have debited the amount, i tried calling the customer care but it wouldn't connect. And none of the contact procedure seems to be working. Better refund it soon Was this information helpful? | |||
