[Resolved] Airtel — Money refund status - new broadband connection - worst experience | |||||
I have been using Airtel mobile network/ DTH service and thought will use Airtel broadband connection. But it has been a very bad experience from the day I thought of this. A person has come to my place collected my documents and asked me to pay Rs.2584/- which is 3 months advance rental online. I have paid it and after a week got a call that as there is no ports available, broadband connection is not available and asked me to raise a refund request. It’s been a month now from the day I raised this request and no proper response from the customer care team and refund is not credited in my account. Kindly take action against this and let me know when the money will be credited in my account.
