Airtel — Money refunded from Amazon but not received yet.

Sir,
I have ordered a product ehook mini electric room heater from Amazon on 20 December 2021.Order Id #[protected] of rupees 499.
Due to some reason I had returned it. Amazon had initiated refund on 28 December 2021 but it is not credited in my account till date.
Amazon gave me a reference number # HSBCN[protected]. But the bank(airtel payment bank) has not credited my money. I also contact to the bank but they are very rude and didn't even listen to the problem.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

Still I haven't get any response from the airtel payment bank. This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
