Airtel — monthly deduction of rs 23 from my balance without my permission | |||
Airtel is started to charge rs 23 on monthly basis, i am totally against of this deduction because my airtel sim use is lessthan 10 rs per month, also airtel don't have 4g range in my area. Airtel company customer executive use to say they have good network overall goa but in practically i don't receive 4g or 3g range in my home or at working place. Deducted my balance of Rs 23 without my consent and not refunding it. I have mailed them but they are juggling in words. This is shameful act of Airtel, feeling helpless and looted.
