Airtel — monthly rental increase without any consent | |||
This issue happened at 15 jan when my bill generated. It was much hire what i used to get in last few months. New bill was 588 and old bill was 411. When i tried to call customer care. I was not getting any option to get the representative on call. So i have decided to raise complain on twiter. I got response and call only for resolve the issue. I have told just let me if you are not able to resolve the complain then i will go nearest airtel shop pay and close the service. But these guys saying we are working upon and will get back to you. Now i have got new month bill without any usage. And getting call for force bill payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
