Airtel — Monthly rental plan incorrect charges

Hi Team,

I have been incorrectly charged for each month for an excess of 100inr. I am trying to check with customer care but they're not answering our responding properly. Please ask them to resolve it soon.

Raised complaint in airtel app. They displayed that the ticket is in progress for two days and closed it today saying that it's been resolved. Please find the screenshot of the same.
