Airtel — most bad service

But yesterday I mean 5 th June at 7:35 pm I received a sms from you that as per my request my call has been cancelled. But I am not cancelled this call. Then I called airtel dth customer care. Airtel customer care executive told me that my call is not cancel. Then 8:30 pm your technician installed airtel dth connection. But no recharge. What's service is this. Till now airtel dth connection not activated. And the service centre's name P.c.Dey private Ltd. Habra deshbandhu nagar. Phone number is that dealer's [protected].
