Airtel — mpin not generated

My airtel mobile number is [protected]. I have added rs 412 in my airtel wallet, but i have unable to use this wallet because of wrong mpin. I have try to change my mpin number but my name date of birth not match as per airtel application. When i purchased sim card while i have submitted to all carrect details like my adhar card and pan card number. Original also available with me. So, you are requested to take necessary action i[censored]se my account further use or recharge. Pl resolve
