My Airtel App Best offers for you is misguiding. I purchased 228 data recharge of 1 GB 4G/3G+1GB Night 28 days. I thought night pack was of 1 GB was of 3G data and all my Day 1 GB data balance got used up in the night of 12 june 2016. But actually I came to know their night pack was of 2G data when I complained on 198. So my complain is why don't airtel mention this on the My Airtel App that 1 GB Night balance is of 2G data. This is bad practice by Airtel not to mention on my airtel app that 1 GB night data balance is of 2G data. Unnecessary my main balance got used up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
