[Resolved] Airtel — My airtel app non-credit of free night data as per promise, false advertising and wasting internet data on false promotion.. | |||||
I have successfully completed the undermentioned given task in My Airtel App.- 1) Watch Eros Movie on eros now channel on "Airtel Movies" and get 500MB. 2) Watch Hooq Movie on Hooq channel on "Airtel Movies" and get 200MB. 3) Download and play any album on "Wynk Movies" and get 700MB. 4) Add account and get 500MB. I did all the above mentioned tasks on 12/03/2017 but unfortunately didn't received the data benefit of (500MB+200MB+700MB+500MB) for above four tasks as per promised in terms and conditions. I again completed the above tasks on 15/03/17 but still no outcome. I've even mailed my problem via email to airtel at .[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com but from there was no respose. They don't even gave me complaint number. Now I think it is useless to talk with these people, i will switch to Jio, they promise they deliver.
