Airtel — My airtel lte is very slow, | |||||
The highest chargeable network with worst service is Airtel 4G LTE, , , We are paying the highest LTE bill which is 2400 for a month for 25 GB which is huge compared to any other network. My LTE is very slow and getting disconn very often. I raised this to customer care for last 4 months. The response which I got is "in my area there are doing some work in the network and it will be resolved".I don understand for how many decades they will do this work? I stay in Marathahalli, Bangalore.Last time customer care guys even said 20% they will give discount in the bill but they didn't give actually and i paid my full bill. My Airtel 4G number [protected].When i open any channel in tv, airtel calling for 4G challenge in their ads which is very funny!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
