Airtel — my airtel mobile sim is not working since 7 or 8 days | |
I have airtel mobile connection no. [protected] (ncr region) since a long time. My sim is working since 7 or 8 days. No outgoing/incoming calls and sms also not working. I am residing at mohan nagar (ghaziabad). I went to nearest airtel store at rajendra nagar, sector-5 sahibabad (ghaziabad) to get it reactivate. But store operators couldn't activate it. Then new sim (on same number) was issued to me on 25.10.2017, at the cost of rs.25/- which was paid by me. I was told that it would be activated after 4 hours. After 4 hours i tried to get it activate. But i got a message "mobile network not avilable" on the screen. The i talked to customer care centre at [protected] through my second mobile sim. I was told that it has been reactivated again and it would work after 4 hours. But after 4 hours also the condition was same. Today i.E., on 27.10.2017, i went to airtel sotre again for the same work. I was again issued second sim and i was told that it would be activated after 4 hours, but after 4-5 hours the condition is same and my airtel mobile is not working showing the msg "mobile network is not available". You are advertising that your network is fastest network of the country. But how you can say like this as mobile sim can not be activated in 7 days also. Sir, please help me and activate my sim at the earliest because i am in big trouble and tension. I am a senior citizen and having hipertension. Please do the needful.
