Airtel — my airtel money account blocked!!!

My airtel money account is shown blocked. The number i've registered is [protected].
Whenever i try to pay through my airel money account it says my account is blocked n that i need to contact customer care. What is the issue? Do i need to upload e kyc? I cant even return the money to my bank account. I dont want airtel money. I'm fed up. Refund my money to my bank account.
Please resolve the issue asap.
