I've cancelled my connection on 12.02.15 itself. but till today it is not activated and the bill value accumulated to Rs.4400 .00. So i request you to kindly deactivate my connection and the amount of outstanding pls write it off. As per the cancellation letter also i attached for your reference. Sub : Cancellation of Data card number reg: Ref: My data card Number is [protected] With reference to the above number I’ve been using for the past 6 months. I’ve request the plan of rs.500 to 600 in a month. But till today the plan was not activated. Every month my bill amount was rs.900 to 1000.00 Even though I’ve been paying the amount on regular basis. But last month my bill amount was Rs.1700.00 were am not using 100% b’se iam not in the station on last month. When iam using 100% my bill amount was below rs.1000.00 and when iam using below 50% my bill amount is Rs.1700.00. So, how it will possible?? So, I request you to kindly provide me the details to make the minimum payment and cancelled the number with immediate effect.
