Airtel — my airtel number is wrongly updated by airtel staff in others name and they are refused to provide service. | |||
Sir, I am regular customer of airtel from more than last 10 years. But recently my connection of airtel is disconnected due to unknown reasons and i tried to take duplicate sim in same number. But i am shocked by hearing from airtel service centers that my number [protected] is registered under some others name and they refused to give duplicate sim to me. How is possible to register in others name, when i was taken this number by providing my thumb print, aadhar card and using more than 10 years continuously. It is created great inconvenience due to wrongly updating by negligence and carelessness of airtel staff. It is most urgent activating my number because most of the my bank numbers are connected to it and i am already suffered financial loss due disconnecting my number suddenly without giving any prior notice. I request you please activate my number [protected] immediate effect or help me to port my number to other network. My number is indispensable to me more than airtel network. Thanking you.
