Sir/Madam, I submitted my application dtd. 24/12/2016 for surrendering of my Airtel post paid connection No. [protected] which was confirmed over phone on 25/12/2016. But it has been observed the number is active till date . In view of the above let me know why the above mentioned mobile no. has not been deactivated till date.I once again request you to deactivate the number immediately and no payment will be made after 24//12/2016.
