Airtel — my balance has deducted without my consent | |||
Dear sir, I have a mobile no. Which is [protected] have been recharged with rs.80./ and get rs.75./ but my balance has shown of rs.25./. I have tried my best to show all details after downloading airtel app but i am unable to get any details even it also not shown recharge details. Because of balance deduction we have not make any recharge on this no.. Some time ago i make complaint for this balance deduction and deactivate all the services and now it happen again. If you are unable to provide a good services to your valuable customer how can you think that you can survive on this competitive market. Because of your balance deduction we are avoiding to make recharge on this no. But now i am frustrated from your services. Just remove my all services and pay the balance of amount which has been deducted for any applying services. If you don't return my balance i'll go to the consumer forum for taking action against your fraud. Hence its a request to you that return the amount of money and deactivate all the services which have been activated by yours. Was this information helpful? | |||

Suddenly airtel deactivated my sim card without informing me.
I have visited airtel store for couple of times and I called customer care but none of them are able to provide proper information.
Sim deactivation shouldn't be done without informing customer.
Please do the needful.
