Airtel — My balance is being deducted for nothing. every day or 2 I see a message of 5 RS which I dont know

Address:H No 44, VPO Behlana, UT Chandigarh

I have iPhone and sometimes I just see a flash SMS that says 5 Rs deducted from my AC. Till now If can cumulatively say Airtel have dedicated more than 200 Rs. Without any service and nothing.
