[Resolved] Airtel — My broadband request is rejected after it was approve. | |||||
Dear Sir, My name is Anuj Aneja. I got my document verified for new broadband connection and i got the message saying ur connection will be installed within 3 days. Three days are already over i haven't heard from anyone yet. I called the customer care they said connection cant be installled due to feasbility issue. Now, my question is first my you double check before making any promises. And for your kind information my neighbour house no. 111 is having a broadband connection. I got the call from airtel customer care. But, before he listens to my problem he disconnect the call. This is not expected from such a reputed telecom company.
