Airtel — my complaint is regarding stopping unwanted services | |||
Some services like, astro service and sports video pack are activated on my airtel number i.e [protected], i messaged the company to stop the services since last 2-3 months, they are not stopping my services and deduction my balance unnecessarily.today i.e on 13th july 2018 at 2:15 pm amount of rs 15 was deducted from my account for renewal of sports video pack. kindly refund my balance or else i'll take some legal action.
