Airtel — my complaints are open from june 2017

I am following for my complaints to airtel since last one year and I had also written mails to their RM Mr. Manish Bindra, still no response from their side from last one month. Contacted customer care also but they also fail to provide any solution. My complaints are pending from 17th June 2017. I had raised complaints from my official mobile no [protected] as well as from personal no [protected]. We are corporate customer with 100+ connections. Neither local official are giving any proper response. I want mail id of National Head so I may forward the trail mail which will be self explanatory.
