my customer id is [protected]. there was a problem with my airtel connection one month back.. and i called customer care, they said it will be chargeable.. i said i am not going to pay as just one month back only i have replaced my settop box(this was another problem it got solved after lot of fighting and paying 500 rs for that). the executive suggested me to pay 200 rs to the engineer and the same would be refunded as recharge to my account. i have called more than 5-6 times every time with long hold and many people speak.. they never refunded and even my services also stopped. i lost the battle and recharged with 100 again just for few minutes the services resumed and again stopped. I called again to the customer care again long holdes this time so long that the executives never returned. you know this customer care is not toll free also. this is chargable. Now airtel has my 200 + 100 with them with no services providing to me on top of that my cell phone bill for calling this customer care is more that 200 rs.. Airtel is just making fools and looting money from the customers. I would like to take this to consumer court. any one please guide me. Was this information helpful? | |||
