I called customer services on april 09, 2018 and requested that i needed to deactivate my broadband connection, since i was not getting proper connection, the supervisor confirmed with me that my connection will be deactivated in a week’s time, however i’m still keep receiving charges for services that are not been used, how do you expect me to pay for services that is not in use, when i requested for deactivation why hasn’t it been deactivated, i will not pay for something that i never used, i’m not going to pay if i keep receiving charges for no services i will need to take further action on you guys, i have sent an email asking for a confirmation that my connection is deactivated and i’m yet to receive a confirmation but you keep sending me bills and charging me for services that has no coverage, this has to be looked into very disappointed Was this information helpful? |
