Airtel — my gst no not been not incorporated in their invoices | |||
I am a chartered accountant retired form private sector and has been consulting on various assignments and in the process i raise invoice on my customers and charge them gst as per the law. I have given my gst regn certificate and airtel wanted my pan card which also i have provided for incorporation of gst no in their invoice against my mobile no [protected] I have been informed by the service provider over the phone that internal policy doesn't allow for incorporating gst no of individuals and it permits only for corporate, i have been having this issue for last 3 months and i told them at least give it in writing so that i can take up with the concerned ministry. Airtel is not responding nor they are willing to incorporate my gst no, by this i am not able to take input credit.
