[Resolved] Airtel — My internet connection is not working since last 30 days and no one responding this | |||||
Starting issue is the internet is not working intermittently and to resolve this Airtel engineer visited 3 times but none of them was good enough to resolve the issue and situation got worse than beginning All three times airtel engineer did some technical jerk things to get this resolved and asked me to monitor for some time, As agreed Airtel was supposed to monitor this but they have closed the issue all three times without resolving it, also I have dropped a note many times but no one is even bothering to address or give a call to resolve this. Details of Email communication & Request number has been raised to Airtel, I wonder if I have to just keep on writing to get resolved my issue, looking forward a quick response on this. Aug[protected] is not functioning well since I have upgraded my plan to 16mbps, please look on priority - After logging a complaint on121, this is the second time I have logged the complain if I am not wrong.
